Session Description:

This session will provide an overview of how to better align benefits strategy and goals to outcomes. It will also use examples of data analytics and how improvements in big data can help to tailor a strategy beginning with plan design and ending with member understanding and engagement to maximize the value of the benefit plans being offered. Finally, it will provide perspective on the future of benefits and what organizations must do today to be prepared for the benefit needs and expectations of tomorrow.
