Conducting human resources assessments in a timely and effective manner can significantly improve your human resources department, company operations, and cultivate a more strategically-aligned organization. Done correctly human resources assessments help organizations achieve clarity through analyzing process and recommendations for best practices to follow, advance employee engagement by investigating the employee lifecycle, and ensure legal and company-wide compliance.

From looking at the strategy behind an assessment strategy to the resources required for more effective operations, this interactive session will provide you the tools to pursue your own assessment process. In addition to learning the importance of assessments, we will delve into how to successfully achieve imperative executive buy-in and a step-by-step approach to applying the lessons learned from human resources assessments to improve all facets of the organization.

 

Speaker Bio:

 

Holly Hall is a Project Manager/Lead Consultant and "Captain" of the Employee Life Cycle Practice for Willory where she provides expertise delivering solutions to small and mid-size businesses and non-profits.

Holly is a seasoned Human Resources professional with 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management, business partnering, training & talent development and recruitment working in large, well-known organizations such as Key Bank, JoAnn Stores and Moen.

Holly has been involved in CSHRM for over 20 years and served on several committees, was past chair of the Northern Ohio HR Conference and currently serves on the Cleveland SHRM Board as VP of Education.

She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Organizational Management from Lake Erie College and an associate's degree from Ashland University.

She is an avid boater and captains her own 21 foot vessel, loves the Caribbean, plays golf, and is the family historian.
